Cameron’s Electric Department is responsible for providing electric power to homes and businesses within the City limits. City crews maintain the distribution system and strive to maintain reliable power by keeping tree limbs and other interferences from high voltage lines. The Electric Department also maintains and installs street lights within the City.
To report power outages and street light concerns or to request security lights, call City Hall at 816-632-2177 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
